Between October and December, adult members enrolled in Healthfirst Medicaid plans may receive the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey to report on and evaluate their patient experience.
Patient satisfaction is key, and your patients’ office wait times and ability to schedule timely appointments are important measures in the CAHPS survey.
