Coding for UroCuff

All Healthfirst providers are required to code specifically for UroCuff

Healthfirst requires specific coding to bill for the use of the UroCuff.

This applies to all Healthfirst providers for all Healthfirst products.

The UroCuff/CT3000 (SRS Medical, North Billerica, MA) is a diagnostic test for lower urinary tract disorders (LUTS) in males.
Bladder pressure is measured noninvasively with a penile cuff (resembling a blood pressure cuff) instead of a catheter.

Optionally, one or two surface EMG electrodes may be applied to the patient to monitor skeletal (sphincter or abdominal) muscle activity during testing.
