Our final 2025 Provider Town Hall took place on December 9, 2025. During this session, we provided important updates on Healthfirst’s new provider portal, Availity Essentials—the final phase of our transition to the platform. Please note that effective December 22, 2025, the legacy provider portal will be permanently retired.
