The New York State Office of Addiction Service and Supports (OASAS) is implementing several changes to integrate care within the OASAS outpatient clinic regulatory structure.
Starting August 1, 2024, Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Programs (COP) with colocated Part 822 Outpatient Services and Part 822 Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) services will be merged under one operating certificate.
