Starting January 1, 2025, CMS is rolling out a new, monthly SEP that allows dual-eligible recipients to elect an Integrated Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) if they are enrolled in, or are in the process of enrolling in, the plan’s affiliated Medicaid Managed Care Plan.
