Healthfirst will be terminating its contract with the Healthfirst Cares by Welldoc App vendor effective May 9, 2025.
As a result, all members who are registered Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc users will no longer have access to the app after that date.
Please encourage your patients who have an account to log in to the Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc App before May 9, 2025, to email themselves a final health report for their records.
