New Effective Date for Acupuncture, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy Standard Fee Schedule Rates

Earlier this year, Healthfirst shared an update to our Standard Fee Schedule for specific acupuncturist, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy codes.

Healthfirst is moving to a “per diem” rate for these services and will no longer reimburse on a per CPT code, “fee-for-service” basis.

The effective date for these changes has been delayed from April 1, 2024 to June 1, 2024. If you have any questions regarding the changes to the Healthfirst Standard Fee Schedule(s), please email DSEProviderRaterequests@healthfirst.org. Be sure to include your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and specialty in the email request.
