Healthfirst is aligning with NYS Medicaid Billing Guidelines to ensure consistency in claims processing and reimbursement.
Effective February 1, 2026, providers may be subject to denials and/or OPR for non-payable or incorrectly billed codes in accordance with eMedNY guidelines across MMC, HARP, and CHP.
