Join the Healthfirst Provider Town Hall (Sept 18 or 25)

Healthfirst providers are invited to join and ask questions on a variety of Healthfirst initiatives, policies, and updates.

Our third Provider Town Hall of 2025 will focus on upcoming 2026 benefit changes. You will also learn about new Availity Essentials features including Claims Appeals Submission and Status.
 

In-network providers: please check your email for an invitation to join the Provider Town Hall on September 18 or September 25.

Each provider has a network account manager who manages contracting-related questions. For help identifying your network account manager, have your Tax ID Number (TIN) available and call Provider Services at 1-888-801-1660, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.
