Availity Essentials™ - Healthfirst’s New Provider Portal Launching July 2024
Providers will be able to access Healthfirst tools through Availity Essentials. This page will be updated as we make additional information available.
Healthfirst is transitioning to Availity Essentials as our new secure provider portal platform. This move represents our commitment to continually improving our services and enhancing your overall experience with Healthfirst.
We are taking a phased approach to migrate our existing tools to Availity Essentials. These tools will temporarily be available on both portals before being phased out of HFproviderportal.org.
Existing Users: You do not need to re-register if you already have an account with Availity Essentials. We encourage you to log in using your existing User ID and password to review Healthfirst-specific features.
New to Availity: We strongly encourage providers who do not have an account to register as soon as possible at Apps.Availity.com.

Availity Essentials is a secure, nationwide, multi-payer provider portal platform that provides free, real-time access to multiple health plans. This one-stop-portal includes a variety of online tools to help providers easily validate eligibility, submit claims, collect patient payments, view remittances and much more.
