Healthfirst will fully transition to Availity Essentials as our new provider portal on December 22, 2025

Providers can access all Healthfirst tools through Availity Essentials, our new secure provider portal platform.

To support your transition, here are key dates and information to remember.

 
Register for an Availity Essentials training for Healthfirst providers

December sessions

  • December 10, 2025 from 11am-noon - Eligibility & Benefits; Messaging, Authorizations, Payer Space
  • December 11, 2025 from 11am-noon - Claim Submission, Claim Status, Remit Viewer
  • December 15, 2025 from 2pm-3pm - Appeals

January sessions

  • January 13, 2026 from noon-1pm - Eligibility & Benefits; Messaging, Authorizations, Payer Space
  • January 14, 2026 from 11am-noon - Claim Submission, Claim Status, Remit Viewer
  • January 15, 2026 from noon-1pm - Appeals
